We want you and your pack to be completely satisfied with your order. If a product doesn’t quite fit your setup, our return process is straightforward. Because we supply everything from large commercial dog daycare play equipment to smaller residential puppy playground toys, return requirements vary depending on the item size.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

• Eligible Items: Standard retail setups, including a residential dog playground set, a compact puppy corral, standalone dog climbing toys, or a proselect puppy playpen.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built configurations, heavily used items showing claw or teeth marks from active outdoor dog play, and items marked as final sale from our dog playground for sale clearance inventory.

For heavy-duty items—such as commercial dog daycare equipment, public dog park equipment for sale, custom built dog playsets, or a heavy multi-level dog jungle gym—the following rules apply:

• Restocking Fees: Due to the bulk and specialized shipping logistics of large dog daycare supplies and doggie daycare equipment, returns on freight items may be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.

• Shipping Costs: Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying the return freight costs for large structures like a dog play yard with top or public dog park furniture.

Safety is our absolute priority. If your product arrives damaged or is missing critical components, contact us immediately. We will ship out a replacement part or full unit at no cost to you.

• This applies to all setups, whether you received a damaged structural beam for a backyard dog playground equipment kit, a cracked dog play ramp, an unstable seesaw and teeter totter, or a defective dog slide outdoor.

• If you run a commercial facility—such as the backyard pack dog daycare—and a piece of your new doggy daycare equipment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will expedite your replacement to minimize downtime.

• Contact our support team with your order number. Please specify if the return is for a private dog backyard playground setup or a commercial dog daycare playground equipment system.

• If returning a smaller item like a puppy playset, a puppy gym set, or a puppy play gym for sale, we will issue a return shipping label.

• Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification. Approved returns are processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
